Mum and daughters were such happy people and didn't stop smiling.  Working their farm alongside the highway.



 
Markets or bazaars are also a good place to 'people watch'.




 


 
The national dish is Plove which consists of a rice cooked with onion, meat and two types of carrots.  It is a lunch time food.

 

 
The busy housewife can buy carrots already sliced for the Plove.  The uniformity of the sliced carrot must have taken some practice.
